2010/10/21---Low Fat Meals: "Salmon Rice."



     According the “Time” magazine, the salmon is full of DHA, EPA and Unsaturated fatty acids. Therefore, it can be the best food to control the fat and calories for all dieters. 
Salmon Rice
     The Salmon Rice has low calorie to maintain digestion healthy, because it also supplies enough energy to indirectly help weight loss. Salmon is one of the most valued fish because of its high content of "good" cholesterol or Omega 3 fatty acids. So, the Salmon Rice only has 300 calories for one meal. 
     However, I commend the dieters to taste the Salmon Rice, because it is the best selection for the low fat meal. And the salmon rich also easily gives you the full satiation for controlling the calories.

  2. Most of people or my friends told me the Salmon only can be eat without cooking....so....I do not want to try the Salmon.... but right now....heihei....thank you let me know how to eat Salmon....I will try in somedays....
