2010/09/21---"Low Fat Meals", "Nigiri Sushi."

     Today, I will introduce the low fat meal, Nigiri Sushi, and discuss why Nigiri Sushi’s can lose your pounds. Sushi isn’t only a delicious food, but Sushi is also a low fat meal to the lose weight people. Although, we know Sushi has many kind of cooking styles to create particular relish in each food, but I  still have to recommend the raw fish sushi to the dieters for losing their pounds.
     Japanese call the raw fish sushi is “Nigiri Sushi”, because it mixes the raw fish with the rice to appear the fresh feeling in your mouth. By eating the Nigiri Sushi, the dieters also can test the great food and lose their weight, because the raw fish is easily digested, and don’t provide the huge calorie to the body. The Nigiri Sushi’s calorie just has 78.84 calories in one dish. So, we can understand one Nigiri Sushi’s calorie is the same with the quarter fats in the regular size hamburger and the fifth calories in one large size pizza. In short, I have to say that the suitably eating Nigiri Sushi is a great option to be a low fat meal for successfully helping the dieters to healthily lose weight. Thank you for your visit.
